Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- salt - optional
- 2 tablespoons Besan flour (only if crumbly)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
Directions
1. Drain peas and mash.
2. Add all of the other ingredients and mix.
3. Form into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Spray the pan with olive oil pam and then lighly coat the beanballs with spray.
4. Bake for 15 minutes on each side at 375 degree oven (total cook time 30 minutes)
