“There are many sizes of cans for tomato sauce. What size can? Same for the beans. Is it just a “However much you like” kind of thing?” -Mike

Delicious! I used three typed of beans- kidney, black, & chili. I drained the tomatoes but kept the rest of the fluids. It is a little salty (each can contributes some sodium), especially with normal taco seasoning. May be able to cut the salt by either draining the beans, rinsing, and adding water to keep it from getting too thick.
I would seriously suggest rinsing all the beans, since they all have sugar in the syrup to store the beans. I left out the corn, but also used the kidney, black and chili beans. Also, I used the different spices instead of taco seasoning, but included cayenne pepper to give it an extra kick. It was SO delicious.
Thank you for sharing this recipe. It was so great!
Corn isn’t allowed on the 4 Hour Body’s slow carb diet.
